Nancy holds an undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Queensland and another in Law/Justice from the Queensland University of Technology. Additionally, she completed a Master’s in Australian Migration Law at Griffith University.

Professionally, she has worked as a visa assistant and educational consultant for over 5 years. She obtained her migration agent license in 2023, but she has extensive experience in migration cases and possesses a vast knowledge of each client’s situation.

Olivia is an experienced migration agent with deep expertise
in Australian immigration law. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with various
migration agencies and supported clients from diverse backgrounds. A passionate advocate for
the importance of migration, Olivia views it as a vital component of society and a key driver of
national prosperity. Having grown up as the child of immigrant parents and being surrounded
by friends and family with similar experiences, she has a deep understanding of the emotional
and complex nature of the migration journey.

Olivia completed her undergraduate degree in Business with an emphasis on Human Resources
Management at La Trobe University in 2011. She then graduated in 2015 with a Graduate
Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University.
