Requirements for the application:
To apply for the Subclass 408 Temporary Activity Visa, it is important that you meet each of the eligibility criteria:
- You must already have a temporary visa.
- Have a visa that is 28 days or less after it ceased to be valid.
- You cannot return to your country of origin.
- You must supply the need to work in critical sectors, otherwise, you will not be eligible for this visa.
